The Fletcher Estates Apartment Homes is a newly constructed 48-unit complex, sitting on over 10 acres – including two retention ponds and a canal. The complex includes a fully-staffed clubhouse, swimming pool, playground area, computer learning center and on-site exercise facility.

The Village of Versailles is an existing apartment complex in New Orleans that was damaged in 2005 during Hurricane Katrina. Prior to Hurricane Katrina, the complex was a cornerstone in the Versailles neighborhood, a tight-knit community. Remaining vacant and blighted after the hurricane, it is being demolished and rebuilt anew. The complex will consist of 400 total units in 50 garden style buildings.
Oak Park Apartments is an existing age restricted (62+) apartment complex that was rehabilitated in Lewiston, Maine. The building features a community room, beauty salon and community dining room on the first floor that opens to the lobby and a courtyard.
The Residences at Thayer is a four-story building located in a desirable area situated less than ½ mile from the center of Silver Spring. Franklin Mill is a ground-up rehabilitation of an existing historic mill building in Franklin, New Hampshire. The original mill building was erected in 1895 by the Franklin Light and Power Co., and produced equipment for the textile industry. Franklin Mill will preserve and showcase many of the site’s unique historical features, including two turbines, and will also restore the 455 original Lombard Italianate windows.

Washington Place Apartments was the preservation and rehabilitation of a 76-unit scattered site project in Hobbs, New Mexico. As part of the renovation all units were repainted and new carports, flooring, water saving fixtures, heating and cooling units, kitchen appliances, counter tops, and cabinets were replaced.
